Adobe sales guys have time for big corp accounts in India. Adobe like companies (Apple, etc) don't care about individuals in India. All the time, they give lame excuse (tax and all) for not having an online store. Resellers are important, because not everyone can buy stuff online using credit-card, but hey in India now you can also use netbanking, debit-cards, etc online? I don't care - I love to free (as in freedom or price) software, SDK is one of those.... Some end up using pirated, some blame goes to Adobe (or companies) for not providing easier ways of buying.
